Tendring Show: Sponsorship

Benefits of Sponsorship

The Tendring Hundred Show is one of the biggest one-day events in Essex, and one of the most popular with visitors and exhibitors alike – drawing roughly 25,000 visitors each year. However, the continued success of the Show is only possible with the support of local companies and organisations. Sponsorship is crucial to maintaining the high standard of entertainment and exhibits offered at the Show.

By involving your company in this premier event you can benefit in these key areas:

• Targeted reach of 25,000 potential customers from the Essex and Suffolk/Cambridgeshire area
• Effective brand exposure for your product or service
• Excellent hospitality facilities for yourself and your guests

Sponsorship Packages

Our Sponsorship packages work on five levels but can be tailored to suit individual organisation needs:

• Prize Fund Donations £150 - £200
• Bronze Sponsor £250
• Silver Sponsor £350 - £450
• Gold Sponsor £550 - £750
• Gold Plus Sponsor £750+

Organisations can choose to sponsor a wide variety of options, from individual equestrian/livestock classes through to larger areas, such as the Poultry Show, Family Arena, Flower Tent, Food Hall and Countryside Arena.

All our sponsors receive sponsor admission badges and hospitality packages (depending on the level of sponsorship), which include coffee/tea on arrival, pre-lunch drinks, lunch with wine, etc. and afternoon tea – all served in the dedicated Sponsors Marquee by the President’s Ring.

Sponsorship packages may also include:

• A listing on a relevant page of our Show Programme
• Half/full page adverts in our Show Programme
• Banner positions on the Showground
• PA announcements throughout the day
• Links to your website
• Invitation/s to our Art Show preview on the Friday evening before the Show
